Preferred method of Payment is PayPal.  There are no refunds or exchanges. If there is a problem with an order (i.e., fit of bracelet or wrong item received) please email exquisitedesignsbysimplyredd@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt of your package. I will do my best to address your concern.

PROCESSING ORDERS

Please allow up to 14 to 21 business days to process, create your bracelet(s) and ship your order.  Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

FLAT SHIPPING RATES

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

Single Bracelet (1 bracelet): $5.00

Multiple Bracelets (2 or more bracelets): $7.00

Please add the correct shipping charge to your order to avoid delay or additional invoice for correct shipping rate.
